How WooCommerce WhatsApp Reviews Help Stores Build Customer Trust
If there is one thing customers trust before making a purchase, it's the reviews of other users about the same product. This doesn’t mean your site descriptions aren’t trustworthy; it’s just human nature. If you are running a WooCommerce store, you can get genuine reviews without bothering about sending emails which most never open.
Our solution is using WhatsApp to collect WooCommerce product reviews. This starts by integrating your site with Notiqoo's WooCommerce plugin. WhatsApp, with its near-100% open rates, makes review collection effortless after every purchase made by users.
Why WooCommerce WhatsApp Reviews Matter for Online Stores
The thing about reviews is that they build social proof and reduce hesitation for first-time buyers, which increases conversion rates. Apart from giving honest product feedback, they also help with improving product page SEO and click-through rates. Now, why do WooCommerce WhatsApp reviews for stores matter?
If WooCommerce site owners start getting reviews for their products, it increases credibility and results in getting customers and sales. But the problem WooCommerce stores face is the lack of an instant channel to get user reviews. Asking for user opinions through email forms or follow-up pages rarely works. Emails get buried, links get ignored, and review sections stay empty.
Notiqoo changes this completely by collecting WooCommerce product reviews through WhatsApp. For that, store owners have to first integrate the plugin and enable the product review feature. This allows the plugin to automatically send WhatsApp messages asking customers to review the products they purchased. More on that below.
Enabling the product review feature
To enable the setting, go through the following steps:
Open WooCommerce site settings.
Navigate to the Notiqoo tab
Click on ‘Product Review’ under the options
Tick the “Enable WhatsApp reminders for product reviews” option.
Once the setting is enabled, Notiqoo will start sending messages through WhatsApp asking customers to review their products.
You can also enable the Trigger product review setting by choosing the ideal WooCommerce order status that should trigger the review message. Notiqoo also allows customers to upload product photos with their review, which can be enabled by turning on the product photo setting.
